The Sicilian pastries at breakfast were a heavenly delight, setting me up for a day of culinary adventures! Plus, the nearby eateries like Ritual Cafe and Kukaramakara made it easy to satisfy my food cravings after exploring Parque 93.
While the reception could use some sprucing up—seriously, Leonardo needs a lesson in hospitality—my comfortable room and the fantastic food more than made up for the occasional grunt from the front desk.

The location around Parque 93 offers access to great restaurants and cafes. My room in the Junior Suite had a decent layout, but the absence of air conditioning affected my comfort during the night. It was tough sleeping with open windows because of street noise. The staff were quite friendly, even if communication was tricky sometimes. Breakfast lacked variety, offering just basic items like coffee and bread. There were cleanliness issues as well. I found some mold in the shower, which was disappointing. I appreciate that the hotel provided a welcome drink and included some amenities, but I expected more from the dining options. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Noise from the street and cleaning staff made for an unpleasant atmosphere. The absence of a corkscrew in a hotel bar is baffling!!! They should definitely improve their communication with guests!!!

The location is fantastic, with safe streets and plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance. My room was clean, and the staff's friendliness made my stay a delight. Just be cautious if you have mobility issues as facilities may not be suited for everyone. Breakfast was decent but could use some variety.
